About the Job
Following the recent closing of our Series A round of funding, we are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help support and drive FINTRX’s rapidly growing sales and revenue team. In this role, you will be an execution partner to Business Development and Executive leadership by developing and executing strategies that drive scalable revenue growth. We are seeking a proven track record of developing, implementing and managing sales operations within a rapid-growth software company.
Your Key Responsibilities
- +Drive data-driven decision making throughout the GTM organization and partner with executive leadership to drive alignment between divisions internally
+ Own (develop, track, disseminate, and educate) all GTM performance metrics to drive optimal performance and execution
+ Own (implement, enhance, leverage) our GTM technology stack including CRM, sales and forecasting
+ Work cross functionally with finance to tightly integrate financial systems with sales systems
+ Prepare GTM content presentations for various constituents: company-wide, board of directors, sales team
+ Evaluate ongoing business development performance to support day-to-day operations, execution and success
+ Synthesize large amounts of data, develop insights, and compelling presentations so that business recommendations can be actionable and easily understood
+ Deliver accurate and insightful forecast and pipeline health via reviews with Sales & Executive Leadership, driving forecast accuracy and predictability against targets
+ Provide insights into growth levers for accelerating revenue, and operationalize new ideas through the creation of processes and workflows
+ Support and help improve GTM process and strategic initiatives through planning, market segmentation, territory lead carving, and more
+ Utilize KPIs and data analytics to challenge forecast and propose actionable recommendations
Who You Are
- + 4-8 years of relevant experience is required, in sales operations, business operations, or strategy
- + Prior working experience driving measurable insights and implementing scalable systems and processes, within a B2B software environment
- + Extensive experience with BI systems and Hubspot a plus
- + Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to test and optimize revenue performance and inform future strategies.
