Russ D'Argento serves as Founder & CEO of FINTRX, Inc. Prior to founding FINTRX, Russ served as Sr. Consultant of Family Office Marketing and introductions for Windham Capital Group - a 20-year-old consulting firm in the hedge fund space. Russ holds a BA from the University of Connecticut (Storrs) where he was a four-year standout on the Huskies baseball team and a member of the Hyannis Mets of the Cape Cod Baseball League.

As Vice President of Sales, Chris oversees all sales and business development efforts for FINTRX. Chris joined the team in early 2017, with a focus on driving the company’s global sales efforts throughout the alternative and private capital market community. A graduate of High Point University, Chris brings a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in both Finance and Entrepreneurship. In his free time, Chris can either be seen on the golf course or cheering on the local Boston sports teams.

Dennis Caulfield joined the FINTRX team in early 2018 with an initial focus on business development, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with FINTRX’s global suite of clients. He has since taken on the role of Senior VP of Research, where he oversees the FINTRX Research & Data team. Dennis takes pride in fully understanding the private wealth landscape by providing clients with actionable insights. Dennis is a graduate of Trinity College where he studied Philosophy, Formal Organizations and Entrepreneurship. While attending Trinity, Dennis captained the school's rugby team. In his free time, Dennis enjoys golf, hockey and traveling.

As Sr. Director of Enterprise Accounts, Alexis focuses on expanding our global suite of corporate and enterprise clients. Originally from Australia, Alexis has extensive experience in private banking, specifically in commercial lending. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance and Economics from The University of Technology Sydney. In her free time, Alexis enjoys cooking and traveling.

As Sr. Client Success Director, Steven leads the Client Success Team at FINTRX,  responsible for assisting and interacting with our client roster to ensure all questions, concerns and needs are met. Steven is a proud graduate of the University of New Hampshire and enjoys fishing, hiking and spending time outside in his free time.

As Sr. Vice President of Commercial Operations, Kyle works closely with all members of the business development and client success teams to drive growth and ensure product adoption across all channels. Prior to joining FINTRX, Kyle served as the Director of Strategy at RIA Channel, overseeing all client-facing groups within the organization, including sales, client success, and account directors. He also spent 17 years in various client-facing and leadership roles at Discovery Data, helping to shepherd the organization through multiple private equity and strategic transactions. Kyle is extremely passionate about working closely with clients to ensure their desires are realized.

Kyle lives in Tinton Falls, NJ with his amazing wife, two-year-old daughter and six-month-old son. He is also very involved in the community and volunteers his time both as a firefighter and Chief of the local fire department as well as an EMT on the first aid squad. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing golf, spending as much time with his family as possible, and traveling with family and friends.

As Sr. Vice President of Customer Experience, Stephanie works with the Customer Success team to ensure FINTRX's clients achieve maximum value from the product, leading to the successful renewal and expansion of our rapidly growing customer base. Prior to joining FINTRX, Stephanie spent 17 years at Discovery Data as Head of Client Success. She graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Business Management.

As Vice President of Data & Research, Emily leads and oversees the FINTRX RIA & Broker Dealer offering and is responsible for delivering value to FINTRX clients through the creation and enhancement of product and data. Emily brings 20 years of industry experience, having most recently managed the data research and operations teams at Discovery Data. She has also held roles at prominent financial services firms, including Lehman Brothers, Barclays, and Goldman Sachs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Fine Arts. In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, exercising, and taking her yellow Labrador, Grady, to the beach.

As Sr. Director, Enterprise Accounts, Greg is responsible for managing FINTRX's growing channel of enterprise customers, as well as driving new business revenue in the wider enterprise segment. Greg brings over 20 years of sales leadership and industry experience to the company. He previously served as VP, Enterprise Account Manager at Discovery Data where he oversaw strategic and tactical sales and relationship management for the firm's largest global enterprise clients. Greg has also held roles at prominent financial services firms such as Nuveen, J.P. Morgan, and Evergreen Investments, where he developed a reputation for delivering exceptional client service and driving revenue growth. Greg holds a CIMA certification and earned his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Merrimack College.

As the Director of Data Analytics & Integrations, Brendan plays a pivotal role in managing multiple cross-data initiatives within the FINTRX Data & Research team. He is at the forefront of managing data structure and integrations across our suite of family office and registered investment advisor data intelligence platforms. Brendan is a proud alumnus of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Information Technology in 2020.

As a Sr. Data Science Engineer, Yi Ming Chang, or Amy Chang, conducts techniques in data stretching, cleansing, manipulation, and visualization for the FINTRX platform. Originally from Taiwan, Amy holds an MS in Analytics and Data Science from the University of New Hampshire. In her free time, Amy enjoys exercising, such as running, swimming, and hiking.

Joining FINTRX as the Director of Finance, Krassi leverages her extensive experience in the SaaS finance domain to drive the company's long-term financial health and growth. Academically, Krassi holds a degree from the Technical University of Sofia and an MBA from Newman University. Before immersing herself in the world of finance, Krassi had a unique journey as a professional basketball player in her native country Bulgaria.

As Sr. Marketing Associate, Renae is responsible for producing in-depth marketing collateral as a means to promote FINTRX and its industry-leading suite of Family Office and Registered Investment Advisor data solutions. Since joining FINTRX in 2019, Renae works to generate traffic and leads for new business opportunities. In 2018, Renae graduated from Westfield State University where she earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Public and Corporate Communications in 2016. At Westfield State, Renae was a four-year member of the volleyball team.

As Director of Strategic Sales at FINTRX, Connor works closely with our Enterprise team on go-to-market strategies. Before joining, Connor spent five years at Upland Analytics, followed by a subsequent five-year stint at Klaviyo as a Sales Leader. During his time there, he built the sales motions that helped take the company to its pre-IPO stage. Originally from Troy, New York, Connor's collegiate years at Union College were marked by his leadership as Captain of the football team while he pursued a degree in Environmental Law. In between Brazil and Boston, Connor spends his time with his wife Kelly and their Bernese Mountain dog, Boone.

As Director of Sales, Tim works closely with our Commercial sales team to execute go-to-market strategy and drive new business acquisitions. Tim came to FINTRX from the cybersecurity realm, Rapid7 in Boston, where he spent the last 11 years as an individual contributor and a sales leader. He helped to build the sales motion and take a half dozen new products to market as they grew from 150 employees to more than 2,600 during that span. Prior to Rapid7, Tim spent four years in professional baseball as a pitcher in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization after being drafted from Trinity College in Connecticut. Tim's free time is consumed by his wife Delia, their two daughters Ella & Evie and their six-year-old Boxer, Walter.

Emery joined FINTRX in 2022 after two years as the Marketing & Development Coordinator at The Citadel Brigadier Foundation in Charleston, SC. She earned her MBA from the College of Charleston School of Business in 2020 and her Bachelor's degree in Sport Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017. In her free time, she can be found hiking, playing volleyball or pickleball, and cheering on the Tar Heels.

As Senior Business Development Director, Christian spearheads the expansion of our client base, identifies emerging client needs, assists in business negotiations, and reviews key sales and business decisions. As the Senior Business Development Director, Bryan is dedicated to expanding the FINTRX presence within the global private capital markets and asset management sectors. With over a decade of experience in the Financial Services industry, Bryan has demonstrated versatility, from Asset Management for independent RIAs and Financial advisors nationwide to establishing his client base and serving as a wealth advisor.

His comprehensive understanding of the industry's retail and institutional aspects enables Bryan to effectively align with our clients' go-to-market strategies, drawing from firsthand encounters with similar challenges. Holding licenses including series 7, series 66, and SEI, Bryan brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Originally from Bridgewater, New Jersey, Bryan pursued his academic endeavors at High Point University, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance. Currently residing in Boston with his wife Cassie, son Dax, and their dog Teddie, Bryan finds balance in family time and his passions for travel, golf, skiing, hunting and outdoor activities.

An Illinois native, Kevin is a proud alumnus of  Salve Regina University, where he received a degree in Business Administration.

RJ has extensive experience in the technology sector, including 8 years in the MarTech Space, where he helped the company grow revenues from $100 million to over $1 billion in annual revenue. RJ previously worked at HubSpot and Klaviyo helping drive sales and operations. RJ received his Bachelors Degree from Northeastern University and was a member of the Division 1 Baseball program. In his free time enjoys golfing, tennis, skiing, cycling and cooking.

Dario received an Electronics Engineering degree from the National University of La Matanza.
