Job Description
Following the recent closing of our Series A round of funding, our rapid growth has created the need for talented Recruiting & People Operations Associate to join our team. If you would like to work with a SaaS Fintech product and company that is in high demand, and evolving rapidly, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities
- + Coordinate with hiring managers and executives to determine position requirements and hiring timelines.
+ Identify and interact with qualified candidates
+ Phone screen and interview candidates for assigned requisitions
+ Proactively develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs by populating and maintaining our candidate databases
+ Promote our employer brand online and offline
+ Measure and track conversion rates and other key recruiting metrics
+ Own the maintaining of our job posting portals
+ Coordinate the collection and processing of new hire information
+ Own the initial new hire experience between "signed offer" and "first day"
+ Ensure compliance and completeness of personnel records, and process employment changes promptly and accurately
+ Oversee general people operations day to day for our growing team
+ Assist with the coordination of team events and culture building activities
Qualifications
- + 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
+ People operations experience is a plus
+ Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
+ Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment
+ Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making.
