Established in 2015, DNS Capital is a Chicago-based single family office serving as the private investment vehicle for Michael Pucker, his wife Gigi Pritzker and their immediate family. The Pritzker family is one of the wealthiest in America, best known for the founding and rapid growth of the Hyatt Hotel Corporation. Founded in 2015, DNS Capital employs a long-term and flexible investment philosophy and allocates to a range of traditional and alternative asset classes including public equity, private equity, venture capital, real estate, hedge funds and direct investments. In March of 2017, the firm directly invested in Shenandoah Growers, a leading indoor agriculture business with headquarters in Rockingham, VA. They are industry agnostic but tend to focus on investments in agriculture, manufacturing, business services, industrials, real estate and consumer products. DNS focuses on investments in the United States but will allocate to opportunities internationally on a case-by-case basis.
