JOB DESCRIPTION:
With continued growth, FINTRX is looking for a Director of Sales. The position will understand the FINTRX business model, design a holistic framework and institute an executable plan to improve sales outcomes and team performance. This individual will provide leadership and direction for a team of 20+ sales professionals and continue to scale the operation moving forward.
