Overview

Torque Asset Management LLC is an SEC-registered hedge fund organized as an LLC; it registered with the SEC in 2025. The firm is individually owned and focuses on institutional clients, running pooled investment vehicles and charging both a percentage-of-AUM fee and performance-based fees. Torque serves as sponsor, general partner and managing member of the pooled vehicles it manages and provides portfolio management for those funds. It does not present itself as an ESG-focused investor and is not structured as a multi-state advisory network.
