Joshi Capital Management, LLC is a small, independent registered investment adviser focused on serving individual and family clients. The firm provides financial planning and portfolio management for individuals, small businesses and institutions, and charges a mix of percentage-of-AUM, hourly and performance-based fees. Investment activity is tilted toward liquid, exchange-traded instruments: the firm reports a clear preference for equities and runs discretionary equity portfolios for its clients.
