CEF Advisors is a corporate SEC-registered advisory firm that began formal registration in 2018 and is owned by an individual. The firm serves both high-net-worth individuals and families as well as institutional clients. Its fee arrangements are varied and include asset-based fees, hourly charges, subscription fees and fixed-fee engagements. Reported advisory activities extend beyond traditional portfolio management for individuals and small businesses to include portfolio management for investment companies, the publication of periodicals or newsletters, and provision of security ratings or pricing services. CEF Advisors does not identify as an active ESG investor, is not designated as a multi-state adviser, and does not act as a pension consultant or related adviser.
