Overview

Verdant Capital Management is a small, corporate RIA that manages portfolios primarily for individuals and families using a fee model based on a percentage of assets under management. The firm favors equity-led allocations: exchange-traded equities are the dominant exposure and appear to be the core implementation vehicle across client accounts. Portfolio services include discretionary portfolio management for individuals, small businesses and institutional clients, and the firm runs separately managed account (SMA) strategies that allow customization at the account level. Investment implementation blends liquid public equities with third-party alternative managers. The firm does not identify as an ESG investor and is not registered as a multistate adviser.
