Overview

The firm is SEC-registered (2025) and serves an institutional client base, providing portfolio management for pooled funds rather than individualized wealth advisory. Ownership is a mix of a domestic entity and an individual, and Pact is not positioned as a standalone capital allocator — its primary activity is running and managing funds it sponsors.
