Helm Investment is a small, privately held investment adviser organized as a limited liability company and classified as a hedge fund. Ownership is individual, and the firm serves a client base made up of individuals and families. Compensation is a mix of an assets-under-management fee and performance-based fees, and advisory activities include discretionary portfolio management for individuals/small businesses and for pooled investment vehicles.
