Active Wealth Advisors is a small, independent registered investment adviser organized as an LLC and owner-operated. The firm is SEC-registered in 2025 and serves individual and family clients (and small businesses/institutions) on a percentage-of-AUM fee basis. Its advisory services focus on discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management for individuals, small businesses and other business/institutional clients. Active Wealth Advisors is not identified as an ESG investor, does not operate as a dedicated capital allocator, and is not reported as a multi-state or related adviser.
