FINTRX has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. FINTRX ranked No. 1,226 overall, No. 105 in the software category, and No. 25 among companies in Massachusetts. This marks a significant jump from the company's 2023 debut on the list, when FINTRX ranked No. 2,919 overall and No. 17 among Massachusetts software and technology companies.
“Climbing nearly 1,700 spots since our first Inc. 5000 appearance in 2023 is a reflection of the hard work and innovation from our team,” said Russ D'Argento, Founder and CEO of FINTRX. “We've built FINTRX into the industry’s leading AI-powered intelligence platform, and it's rewarding to see our clients embrace that vision so quickly.”
The Inc. 5000 is one of the longest-running and most closely watched business awards in the country, tracking its roots back more than four decades. Unlike lists built on total revenue or headcount, the Inc. 5000 ranks companies purely on revenue growth, measured as a percentage increase over a three-year period. For the 2026 list, that window runs from 2022 to 2025.
To even qualify, a company has to be privately held, for-profit, independent, and based in the U.S., with at least $100,000 in revenue in the base year and at least $2 million in revenue in the most recent year. Every applicant also goes through an editorial review by the Inc. team. That combination of hard financial thresholds and editorial scrutiny is why the list has held its credibility for so long, and why companies like Zappos, Patagonia, and Under Armour all appeared on it during their fastest growth years.
Landing anywhere on the list means a company outgrew the vast majority of privately held businesses in America over that stretch. Landing in the top quartile, as FINTRX did this year, means that growth was sustained and significant.
This placement comes at a moment of real momentum for FINTRX. Over the past year, the platform has expanded its AI capabilities with an MCP integration, deepened coverage across RIAs, family offices, broker-dealers, wirehouses, and private wealth teams, and continued to add enterprise clients across the financial services industry. That growth is the direct result of a product team focused on data depth and freshness, and a client base that keeps finding new ways to put FINTRX intelligence to work.
The Inc. 5000 placement lands alongside another significant nod for FINTRX this quarter. The company was named a finalist in the 2026 MMI/Barron's Industry Awards, recognized for its AI Platform Integrations via MCP. Now in its 18th year, the MMI/Barron's Industry Awards are one of the most competitive honors in investment advisory solutions, and finalists are selected by a steering council drawn from across the Money Management Institute's membership. Being named alongside the industry's top platforms is a strong signal that FINTRX's investment in AI-driven data infrastructure is resonating well beyond its existing client base.
Together, the Inc. 5000 ranking and the MMI/Barron's nod point to the same story from two different angles: a company growing quickly, and a product organization building the kind of technology the wealth management industry is actively rewarding.
Growth like this doesn't happen without the right people. FINTRX is actively hiring across the organization, from product and engineering to data and go-to-market. If you want to help build the platform behind these results, visit the FINTRX careers page to see open roles.
