The Most Viewed Family Office Firm Profiles in FINTRX in Q3 2026

Written by Renae Hatcher | Oct 13, 2026, 5:42:11 PM

Using FINTRX platform engagement data, we ranked the ten most viewed single family office and multi-family office firm profiles in Q3 2026. The two lists span different kinds of capital, from founder-led offices like Michael Dell’s DFO Management and Eric Schmidt’s Hillspire to wealth platforms such as Corient and Cerity Partners. Below, we break down each ranking, what stands out about the firms on it, and what the results mean for capital raising teams.

How We Aggregate This Data

• Rankings are based on total FINTRX profile views throughout Q3 2026
• Firms are listed in descending order, from most viewed to least viewed, within each category
• Firm AUM is sourced directly from the FINTRX platform and reflects data as of October 1, 2026
• All user activity is anonymized and aggregated, with internal FINTRX usage excluded

Most Viewed Single Family Offices

What Stands Out: Three offices drive most of the deal activity on this list. Hillspire (107), Cox Enterprises (103), and DFO Management (82) account for nearly two-thirds of the 450 direct investments FINTRX tracks across the group. Six of the ten manage $5B+, and half trace their wealth to technology, from EDS and Dell to Google, Amazon, and SpaceX. DFO Management led Q3 activity with four new direct investments, including its $7.7B take-private of The Baldwin Group, while Hillspire added three. Other notable moves included Cox Enterprises’ 26% stake in Charter and Leon Capital Group’s minority investment in $10.2B RIA Tocqueville Asset Management.

Most Viewed Multi-Family Offices

What Stands Out: The most viewed multi-family offices extend well beyond traditional family office services. Nine of the ten serve more than 2,000 clients, with Corient and Cerity Partners each serving over 26,000. Eight are identified in FINTRX as allocating to emerging managers, while Rockefeller Capital Management and Pathstone Family Office report alternatives allocations of 40% and 35%, respectively. Several also expanded through M&A and recruiting during Q3, including Corient's acquisition of FortCay and Cresset Family Office's addition of a $4B UBS team.

The Takeaway

This quarter’s most viewed profiles reflect two kinds of capital. Single family offices drew attention as principal investors, putting money directly into companies and deals. Multi-family offices drew it as allocators, investing through managers on behalf of client families. Profile views don’t signal investment intent, but they do show which firms the market is studying.

For capital raising teams, that split matters. Only five of the ten single family offices allocate to emerging managers, well below the multi-family office list, while six are open to co-investing. Check sizes vary widely, from $1M to $3M at pre-Series A for Cox Enterprises to $15M and up for Perot. Each firm’s FINTRX profile breaks out these details, so outreach starts with fit, not name recognition.
